SNOOK ARE ON THE BEACHES

The last three weeks have seen the number of snook along the beaches and in the passes increase dramatically. The key is to find moving water and to cast to the snook before they see you. my go to for summer beach snook has been a 1/2 oz red and white or green and white bucktail but i recently disovered a lure that's even better. it's a dartspin in Glow and Chartreuse or Watermelon red and copper rigged on a 1/4 oz jig head. The trout love it and i had clients jump two tarpon in the last week on the same lure.
